The Weekly Word is Comfort in Times of Trouble!

Isaiah 54:11 “O storm-battered city, troubled and desolate! I will rebuild you with precious jewels and make your foundations from lapis lazuli.”

When we are in the midst of trials, God promises to restore and rebuild us into something even more precious. The lapis lazuli is a beautiful deep blue gemstone prized for thousands of years. This promise should remind us that God has a plan to restore us in times of despair beautifully.

Prayer – Thank You, Lord, for the promise to rebuild me during my trials. I find comfort in knowing you will comfort me.
