Weekly Meditation

As I meditated on Psalm 90:17 I was reminded that God is always with us even in difficult seasons. I was sick this week with a virus and have been resting in the fact that God favor is not just words or things but that it is a reminder that He is with us all the time when we believe and trust Him. 

This week was a week to call on His favor and His presence over me as I navigated through a health situation. 

Sometimes we want what God can do for us more than wanting Him to just be present with us. I have learned it's better to ask for His presence more than asking Him for the things He can do for us. I just want You Jesus shows that my relationship is not about what I can earn, get, and need. Because what I really need is Him and relationship is what He wants with us.
