In this booklet we want to discuss these three major things: 1) Identity, 2) Self-Worth, 3) Self-Confidence.  

For total well-being your intellectual self and your emotional self must be in harmony.  Life is full of consist series of changes, some may be smooth and orderly, others unexpected and challenging.  Good emotional fitness enables you to deal with these life changes in a positive way.  

We as God’s Creation (man/woman) are Tri-part beings, spirit, soul, and body.  We were created special, not like animals or angels.  So, we must spend time improving our emotional fitness and we can improve our core self, our endurance, energy, relationships, and live and walk with strength.  When we build a link between what we think and feel, about how we see ourselves, speak and think positive, receive truth and good feedback; we can improve how we think and we experience positive feelings and act in positive ways.  Then when anxious thoughts/feelings, anger, fears of hopelessness, depression, sleeplessness, socially isolated events, or stressful events happen, mental confusion starts to try and overwhelm us; we can recognize what is happening, confront these feelings with truth, manage them with goals, plans, and skills we can and will overcome. 

This booklet will guide you in a new perspective in building you identity, self-worth, and self-confidence so you can become a ‘Woman of Influence’ in your community and space.
